I can't even give a review of the business because I am unable to schedule an appointment with them. I purchased a Groupon of theirs several months ago and have called several times to schedule an appointment. Each time I call, either no one answers, or someone takes my number and says that they will call me back. They never call back! It seems like they don't have anyone who can schedule appointments. If they can not handle an increase in business then they should not have agreed to have a Groupon deal.
Very comfortable environment, friendly and welcoming every time we walk in the door!!! All of the beauticians there are very friendly and professional. My daughter and I have been going there to get our hair done for quite sometime now!!!!!
I would like to review it, but I can't get them to answer the phone, and I can't leave a message as they haven't set up their voicemail. This is ridiculous! My son gave me the groupon for Mother's Day and I can't even use it. Then, to top it off I bought a groupon for a mani/pedi. This has to be the worse experience that I have had using a Groupon! Update: I called Goupon to complain and they gave me my money back for the mani/pedi as I purchased that. They could not refund the gift as my son had purchased it. My son called Groupon and they verified the phone number of the business, so my son said to keep trying. I called numerous times and only got the message about their hours. You are not allowed to leave a message for a call back. You are told to keep trying. I FINALLY got someone to answer today, 9/18/2014 and the earliest 90 minute Groupon massage isn't until November 10th. That is six days past the expiration date on the Groupon!!!
