I am new to the area and needed just a trim for my hair. I booked my appointment via the website and chose Isabel as the stylist. My appointment time was at 9 am, and I was out of the salon and in my car at 9.08. I chose to just have a cut and no shampoo or styling. She was nice but I was very surprised when she didn't even spray my hair to get it wet before the cut. I have some wave to my hair so I was already concerned things weren't off to a good start. She had her daughter or sister in the salon with her and it seemed like she was distracted by her. The cut was finished so quick and then I just paid and left. After I got home, I brushed through and it was just so uneven. She was a nice stylist but it all was just too rushed and not quality work.

Used the Walk-In option since I do not live in Bellevue. Extremely friendly and great service. I have been to many different salons over the years and had bad experiences with my short hair. Not here..great cut and pleasant. Thank you. Service: Haircut
