Great Clips

This location used to be my most used, but post COVID it has gone down-hill. Most times I try to visit, the location has closed early or isn't open any more on a particular day. The last time I did get in for a cut, it came out uneven on the sides and I had stray hair poking out. I usually just do the electric trimmer so I'm not sure how that happens. Try the 72nd location; check in ahead of time (very busy).

The lady didn't spray my hair, just started cutting. My hair was uneven and I was only in there for less than 10 minutes. It felt like she wanted to rush me out the door. I haven't used great clips in a long time and was trying to give them another shot. But after that experience, I will never go back. I had to go elsewhere to fix her mistakes.

Went in to get an appointment and both the ladies working were quite rude but decided to brush it off and I said I was wanting to get a shampoo and a trim was told that was okay but it was going to be 30+ min wait, decided that was okay and came back when it was time and both ladies were still very rude in their tone and once I get sat they said they decided not to do any shampoo and just the trim which is frustrating because I had double checked earlier it would be okay, they ended up being so rude I just decided to leave and get mg hair done else where. Very poor customer service skills.
