JCPenney Salon

I was so disappointed and upset today. I drove two and half hour to have my hair done for a wedding this week. But, my name was not in the system eventhough I scheduled weeks ago and confirmed it again 2 days before my appointment. The lady in the reception was unapologetic and not accommodating at all about the mix up. She was rude to me as if it was my fault. I even had an email and phone confirmation for the appointment. I chose my beautician and what services I wanted in advance. She only said we were not scheduled rudely, and just offered to be scheduled a week later and tried to get us to leave. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SALON. I will never try and go again.

Tia is amazing!!! Thank you for making me feel welcome and comfortable. Most of all thank you for the exceptional service. I showed Tia a picture of what I wanted my hair color to look like and she delivered exactly what I wanted!!! I highly recommend Tia for any hair service. I cannot say enough about how well I am treated when Tia cuts my hair. She is usually booked solid so I make sure I get in well ahead of time when I am due for a trim!
