Went in for a cut and had a pic of what I was looking for. It wasn't anything overly complicated and I am very not picky about my hair. But the gal who cut it literally left one side a full half inch longer than the other. And I have super weird chunks cut out in random places and it is overall really awful and uneven. If I could give less than one star, I definitely would. I have never been unhappy with a haircut and I have had some questionable cuts before. Hut the level of bad for this one really did it for me. Will likely never be returning

Stopped in for a quick trim, wash, and style & left regretting my decision on doing so. Not sure of the ladies name but she was very unprofessional and very rough on my hair. While washing my hair, she scrubbed my scalp so hard I almost told her to stop. I’ve never had such a hard time untangling my hair as she did and she blamed the sink for my hair being so difficult to handle. She said to me “Me and long hair just do not get along”.... who even says that to a client with long hair? I know the other hair stylist knew I felt uncomfortable as she watched her beat my hair to get tangles out. I ended up untangling the rest and had her blow dry my hair straight so I can leave. My hair felt worse afterward than it did when I got there... I will not be getting my hair done there again, that’s for sure.

Had an easy haircut, the lady was nice, but did not know how to cut short hair, I told her I’d be spiking it up and when I do now it’s uneven, the bangs were diagonal and choppy and I wanted it like a point in the middle, my side burns were uneven lengths, and the clipper she used was dirty and gave the back of my next red spots. I only quickly glanced when it was done and thought she did a good job so I didn’t ask it to be fixed. Amber if you are reading this, stick to long hair, it took me only 10 extra minutes to fix my hair at home so it would be even. Thea was my favorite haircut gal, she knew what she was doing but no idea if she works there anymore, lost her card. Please keep clippers clean Regis Service: Haircut
