Went to do a curbside pickup at 5:45 and I opened my app when my order was ready and it allowed me to choose curbside so I pulled up said I was on the way and said I was here. I can see the girls through th glass window grab my order and set it on the counter. I waited and waited and finally I went inside and asked if they did curbside and they said not after 5. Ok? The app doesn’t say anything about it not being after 5 it let me do curbside as an option. Secondly, you saw me sitting there and new I was there by grabbing my order I just thought it was rude and that maybe the employees took it upon themselves to not go curbside after 5 out of laziness. And on top of that the vitamins I ordered expired in March of 2023… we are in December! Clear your shelves! Someone can get sick!

Hi, I just left Ulta in Wilson, NC. I am not impressed. I wasn't greeted at all. People that came after me was greeted. While in the store, I was never approached to see if they could assist me. Employees walked passed me and not said a word. I wanted to asked a question about a product but decided not to. Even the cashier didn't asked me did I find everything ok but she asked the customer before and after me I may not look like I wear makeup but I do. I wear expensive makeup and fragrance. I will never step my foot in another Ulta. I received similar treatment at the Rocky Mount and Greenville stores.

Good selection. Needs chairs to sit in while you wait for people to shop.
