The staff was polite….but the attention to detail and nail preparation was not very thorough. I went there previously for a black acrylic style and when I asked for a simple green gel manicure, my nail person buffed, filed and painted over whatever was left of the black polish leaving it visible under the green. Not to mention I was knicked several times and bleeding. My nail beds were also scraped a little too low and the setting process stung like hell.
I had a great experience. Alex did an amazing job with my pedicure and custom nail design. Melissa was very professional and made sure I was good throughout my service.
Very hands on and pleasant. This was my first time here and I highly recommend
