After having 2 hair appointments canceled by a supposedly elite shop in Crabtree, I Googled "Award winning hair stylist" and Kim's salon came up. From the beginning, she understood what I wanted to do with my hair which is not always what happens. Kim provided low lights and highlights which were extremely natural looking. She has also helped me grow out a short cut when I wanted to go to a little longer style and my hair looked great through the change. I recently went to a wedding in the northeast and had many compliments on my color and cut. Kim is the best stylist and has a great personality! So glad I found her!! Today I came to Kim’s salon and got one of my very best cuts and beautiful, natural-looking balayage. I can’t be more pleased. Kim cares deeply about everything she does and I felt that in how she interacted with me in the whole process. She is very professional (easy appointment process and very responsive), and she listens to what I’d imagine to begin with. She works every detail beautifully on my hair (including advising me how to care for color-treated hair, what to do in future months, etc.). She did so much more than what I expected when I walked into her hair studio, and really appreciate seeing her taking such great care of her customer and bringing the best out of my request.
