I absolutely love Shannel! She’s understanding of whatever hairstyle I come and tell her that I want and she masters it. Ive been back and forth between hair stylists for a few years because I couldn’t find the right one.. as soon as I met shannel.. I knew she was my right hairstylist! I definitely recommend her!! Besides being a great hairstylist, the business is organized and clean. I love this place!

Doesn't participate in hair donation cutting! I found this salon as a 'participating salon' for hair cuts when donating hair to Children With Hair Loss. When I called to make the appointment, I asked if they were still participating in that and they said yes and noted it for my appointment. I arrived and the hair dresser knew I was donating it and at the end of the cut she passed me off to the front desk and I thought it was just to get an envelope for the tip but I was asked to pay FULL PRICE. I could have gone anywhere if I knew I would be paying anyway for the cut. Needless to say, I left feeling annoyed that I paid more than I would have normally. I could have easily just gone to Great Clips and received the same cut and style for only $20 instead of $55. I thought I would be tipping about $30 for a free cut but after $55, no way could I justify that. Additionally, I was out in less than 30 minutes! I'm so pleased with my highlights and cut by Shannel! This was my first visit to the salon and I tend to be very nervous during my first time with a stylist. But Shannel put my mind at ease. She listened to what I wanted and asked clarifying questions, paid attention to details making adjustments as necessary and was so enthusiastic the whole time. My boyfriend raved over the final result and loved the color. The salon was clean and staff was friendly. I'll definitely be going back to Shannel. Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring
