Went and got my hair done by Amber Cain. The top of my hair looked great but when I pulled my hair up I noticed there was absolutely no work done to the rest of my hair. Leaving the back and sides of my head completely untouched though I paid for the full foil gloss + an extra bowl of toner. When I reached out to her with what I noticed she responded with “I feel I did the best to achieve what you wanted” and offered to go back in only if I pay for the products that she uses. The issue is not having to pay more for her mistake, but it’s the fact she knew I was unhappy with the results and chose to not acknowledge my concerns. The orange color you see is the color I had before my appointment and was not touched and the sides have no color. I see a huge patch when I flip the first half of my hair up. I also attached a photos of how the results should have looked. I would not recommend a stylist who puts in half the work, does not sympathize your frustrations, rudely responds, does not an
