Top Nails

I went to this nail shop on my lunch hour to get a nail polish change and arrived at 12:15. There were three technicians working, and 3 women getting their nails done. They acknowledged me and asked that I sign in. All names above mine were crossed out, so I figured I would be seen in 15 minutes or so. While I waited, one technician was finishing a lady and came up to cross my name out, so I felt for sure I was up next. Once finished with that customer, instead of taking me back, she took a little girl who was waiting with her mom. Its 12:45 now, so I had to leave to get back to work. Very frustrated, as I would not have waited had I known it would take that long. I have been to nail places that let you know it will be a long wait if there are many people ahead of me. This never happened, and I can say I will never go back to this shop.

Charge more than any other nail salons. Put the wrong polish on my toes . Went back the next day as I was ask to correct the wrong nail color....they wanted to charge me more money for their mistake. I left. I will never go back not even if I have gift certificate for free service. The pedicure I received was the worst I have ever had. That wrong polish that I paid a fortune for only lasted 6 days.
