Nails Bar Spa

I got an SNS set and I explained to the nail tech that it was too thick. She attempted to filed it down and it was still to thick. I came in around closing so it wasn’t to much they could do. I called back this morning they told me they couldn’t fix it and I should have told the tech which I did. I have been going to nail bar for some time. Very unsatisfied definitely will not be returning.

Ask for pricing in advance. I selected the diva pedicure @ $45 and added a 10 minute leg massage for an extra $15. I selected a sheer color for my nails, based on the samples they have on display. This wasn't my first time so to speak. It was the SNS (dipping powder), #33, and the color ended up being a bright baby pink. Once applied, I asked her if the color would get lighter and look more like the sample. Almost two hours later I was charged $135 and didn't even get a manicure! To be clear, I expected to pay around $100 and I always leave a generous tip. I gave a $34 tip because it was the right thing to do but they took advantage of me and I will never go back.

First time visiting and will return. I am very picky when it comes to my nails and the experience I had was amazing! She took her time, made sure my fingers were clean after she was finished (I got a red powder dip). I am a very happy customer ????
