H2O Hair Salon And Spa, Best Hair Salon in Durham

I cannot say enough great things about this place! Sonia did the most amazing job with my hair. She really took time out to go over everything with me to make sure it was exactly the way I wanted it. She not only took time with me there, but the week before my appointment she had practiced and studied my inspiration photos. She gave me excellent hair care and product info as well so I could take care of my hair properly afterwards. Her commitment to ensure my happiness was above and beyond! The before and after photos say it all! The space is very comfortable and all of the staff were very friendly. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Today I had a brow tint, eyelash lift and tint with Amesha, and this experience fully exceeded my expectations. The salon is clean and busy with business-but definitely not over crowded. I requested a silent appointment because I’m not the best at small talk with strangers but Amesha made me feel right at home. She respected my wishes but kept me informed every step of the way. My eyelashes pop and my brows are the PERFECT shade to match my hair-not too light or too dark! I will definitely be going back to her when the time comes. Thank you for making me feel pretty Amesha!

I went to this salon twice so far, both times for different services. One of the receptionists, Ashe, recommended me the salon as an LGBTQ+ friendly/supportive establishment on a social network app and it sure is! I'm in the early stages of transitioning and showed up in masc mode to get a haircut/style and eyebrow waxing the first visit and a make-up lesson the second. Aeon was my stylist and Amesha did my eyebrows and lesson. I was really happy with the service from everyone involved. Everyone treated me extremely nicely and was attentive to my needs. They have themselves a repeat customer so far!
