Everyone is so nice and accommodating at Wavelengths! All of the stylists are very knowledgeable and know exactly how to make you feel comfortable. Also, scheduling my next appointment was so easy thanks to the amazing customer service at the front desk!!

Great initial experience at the consult, but every experience after was disheartening. From incorrect booking, to the false smiles, to the aggressive selling. Incompetent, insincere, judgmental and dishonest. If you treat your hair often, you will catch it. If you are a newbie, don’t go here. If you like letting people pressure you to do what they want you to, here’s your spot. Trust that although the journey to your end result may cost more or require months to achieve, if your stylist is unwilling to do what you want (especially something simple like all over blonde), be brave and trust your gut. You’re with the wrong stylist.

Decided to schedule a hair cut this morning, hoping that there would be a last-minute opening. Thankfully, Taylor had availability, and she graced me with a phenomenal cut and style. She was very attentive while listening to my hair goals and concerns, offering insight and being very understanding + patient while I tried to describe what I wanted without necessarily having a reference photo. Turns out, Taylor cut my hair better than I could imagine for my own self. This is my second time visiting Wavelengths, with my first in Nov. 2021. Amira was my stylist, and my experience then was equally wonderful. Having two positive experiences compelled me to write this review. Looking forward to getting my hair cut again by either Taylor, Amira, or another stylist at the Salon, as the results seem to be very consistent and worthwhile.
