I was referred here by a friend this was my first time coming and I’m in love with my hair !! ???????????????????? didn’t catch the lady’s name but she’s the 2nd closest one to the window. Thank you !

Went to this shop to get my hair washed and blow out. I noticed my scalp was burning a little when she was pressing my hair. Also noticed a strange smell. But I brushed it off. Fast forward I’m home and my scalp still has a burning sensation. Now I’m noticing small scabs. Had a conversation with my old stylist from back home and they mentioned that some Dominican shops use relaxers/perm in there hair products to make hair Morse manageable!. I’m 100% sure that the burning I’m experiencing and the smell is from them potentially putting relaxer/perm in my hair without my knowledge. This is very irresponsible and dangerous for them to have done. I will definitely never return Service: Hairstyling

I took my daughter here for her hair to be dyed ombre and to get it blown out and flat ironed. I told this to a stylist in advance. My daughter was upset afterwards because they didn't dye it. I wasn't going to worry about, but school starts back in 3 days and teens are excited about their back to school hairstyles, so I called the shop to complain and talked to the same stylist that I spoke to upon entering the shop. She said she didn't understand and told me that my daughter should've said something. However, she did not ask my daughter anything about how she wanted her hair styled. My 15 year old daughter didn't feel the need to explain because she heard me tell the lady in advance how she wanted it styled. If the stylist wasn't sure, she should've asked her to confirm. They didn't offer to redo her hair. They just tried to put the blame on my daughter. Will not be going back.
