The service here gets worse and worse. My last visit was the last straw. They specialize in heat damage- not hair care. After being a regular customer for several years I realized that unless they are frying your hair for a blowout they have no clue how to care for black hair. I've went to every stylist here and there are only two in the entire salon that actually have knowledge and skills to do anything outside of a blowout. The rest should only do shampoos and blowouts. I've had to cut all of my hair and start over because of the extensive heat damage. Then I tried to get a natural service only to leave with my natural hair looking worse. The stylists here are a joke and anyone seeking hair CARE should look elsewhere... Service: Hair coloring

I had got a blowout in October of 2022. I was very reluctant bc I’m natural and haven’t used heat in my hair in a while but I was out of options. I get my hair done by them and liked the results. HOWEVER after the blow out my hair was RUINED. All 4 years of hard work went down the drain. I don’t know if they put relaxer in the shampoo but my curls are NOT coming back months later. It’s dry, damaged, split ends and a bunch of relaxed hair strands that only happen when you use RELAXER. My natural girls do not go here!!! Before and after pictures.
