Mel was absolutely amazing. I came in not liking my current cut and she made sure I left happy. She took her time and made sure it was perfect before I left. I found Therapy Salon by searching online and Instagram having newly moved to Charlotte. I had originally booked with a stylist but unfortunately, they called out sick (note: this stylist no longer works there). The team at therapy did an excellent job finding me another stylist to meet my timeline for my hair needs and I loved my cut and full foil with Natalie. She did a great job listening to my goals and even gave me excellent recommendations on styling my hair, improving my hair health, and fun colors or cuts we could do in the future. Highly recommend Natalie and I am impressed by the management at the shop helping with scheduling. Services: Haircut, Hairstyling, Hair highlighting
