Love this place!! Chelsea is awesome. I haven't loved my hair after getting it done in a long time. I can't wait to go back.

Went here for 17 years and was apparently fired as a client without notice. With the move and name change from Uptown Retreat, I wasn't sure how to book with anyone other than Chuck or Craig. I saw Chuck and had an amazing haircut. You have to book online, and it offers you 'any provider', so the next time when I couldn't get in to see Chuck, I tried Craig. While he gives you a good cut, it was always way shorter than I had wanted. I tried to make another appointment with Chuck and every time I went in, it was changed to Craig, they even changed my profile to appear as though I never saw Chuck. I am not confrontational, so I went with it, I even tried to make a subtle comment regarding the difference and that I wanted my hair longer. Didn't help, it was still shorter than I wanted. When I say I want 3 inches off, I mean I want to leave the salon with it 3 inches shorter, not starting 3 inches shorter and by the time everything is done, it's closer to 5!
