I could not be happier with the keratin treatment that Charles gave me! My hair is very curly and very thick. It took all day to blow dry and flat iron, and Charles cleared his whole schedule just for me. I wanted it smoothed out and not completely straight. I am in love with how it looks now. Kendra is a money hungry scammer with new clients! Kept changing (increasing) price over the phone and then insisted to get deposit and as soon as i sent deposit changed services and said she would charge $305 just to install sew in hairs. While Charles said it costs $250 maximum to install… she asked for money in her personal cashapp and didn’t give me refund although i cancelled it right away cus i felt really uncomfortable and being lied to. i have done my hair for way more expensive but for way better places and stylists but people are not stupid they can sense when they’re getting advantage of or being lied to!

I called in to make a same day appointment for wash and blowout for a wedding event, Charles was super helpful with making the appointment. I showed him how i want my hair to look like and he was able to meet my expectations. Super happy with his services, will definitely come back!
