Jolie Boutique Salon

I absolutely love Jolie Boutique Salon. I go regularly and always leave with the most gorgeous nails. The technicians are skilled, kind, and so fun to be around. The salon is beautiful- clean and has an amazing vibe. I truly look forward to my nail appointments at Jolie! The wait!!!!!!! We where a walk in, but we were told that if we set an appointment they could take us all together ( three of us(one manicure and two pedicures) a full hour later I was still waiting. Another person came in and he was seated immediately and his service began. After an hour and five minute wait the receptionist came over to start my water bowl, not a technician!!!! I left without service. I will not be back, if you don't have time to waste I suggest you don't visit this salon, but at least my husband got his mani and my daughter her pedi. I left and NO apology, No nothing far all my time waisted!!!! Oh did I mention it was four techs on duty.

Just an overall terrible experience. $10 for callous removal - a thin layer of cream was put on and they left it at that, no scrubbing or anything. The nail polish they use is the cheapest possible, I sat there for a full hour waiting for my pedicure to dry and it was still wet. DO NOT COME HERE. waste of time and money. If you’re uptown and looking for a nail salon, go to Nail Lounge next to the YMCA.
