we made an appointment at 3 and we came in early and we saw it was empty and they said to wait ten minutes so we did and i saw that she was doing her nails ? like why right now and it was 3 and i still had to waiting and when i was ready to leave she said 5 minutes more and i just left because my appointment was at 3 not at the time she was going to be done with her nails, bad customer care just horrible.
I really like the work they do there. And more, Mrs. Leo, I really like the cut that he gives me in my hair.
The team here is so warm and welcoming. They are very knowledgeable in hair cuts, color, and treatments. They specialize in both men and women hair of various types. I have colored and cut my hair here for years and have had no disappointments.
