This was my first time here, was a little nervous. Was greeted nicely and taken care of immediately. Was offered a complimentary drink and snack, including wine or a cocktail if I chose. The aesthetic and ambiance of the entire place was very inviting and refreshing after a long day at work. Will be back! Kelli was wonderful, listened to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. Chavon is amazing and works her magic every time and helps me embrace the nature red color of my hair. The environment of the salon is so welcoming and comfortable and every stylist is so kind. Happy to have found my hair home in NC at Roots after moving! Chavon does an incredible job with my partial highlights/root shadow and cut service. She really listens to what you want during consultation, but also can leave the toning up to her creative discretion and it turns out amazing every time!
