The haircut was uneven, and the highlights were not blended seamlessly, resulting in a rather amateurish finish.

In July 2022 I had an appointment that I had scheduled several months in advance with Amanda. I was called by the receptionist the day before asking if I could come in an hour early. I let them know I had a Dr’s Appt I could not move. The next morning they called again asking if I could come an hour early because there was a break between Amanda’s Appts and she wanted to leave early. I reminded them I had a Dr’s Appt, but said I would try to come directly after to get there as early as possible to accommodate their request. While on my way to the appt I received a text asking if I was still coming and I replied I was on my way. I was still early for my appt, but apparently they moved it to the earlier time. I saw Amanda walking to her car and was told there must have been a mix up. In the six years I received services at Boom Swagger I have never been late for an appt and always tipped well.
