Sugar Tree Hair Salon

Just had a simple hair cut with some layers by Heather. It seemed that she was rushing the whole time, yanking on my hair and pulling at my earrings. She asked very little consultation questions, so I did not feel that she had my best interest in mind. I was also charged an extra $5.00 from what is quoted on the website. When I go to a hair salon I want to feel beautiful and confident-this was NOT how I felt today. Service: Hairstyling

This salon is the absolute best. I am always treated with the absolute kindest and most thoughtful ladies. Jenny does my hair and does top tier work, she always takes the time to listen to exactly what I ask for and never lets me down. 10/10 salon, cannot say enough good things. Service: Hair coloring

EDIT: the owner and the manager contacted me almost immediately after this and quickly fixed my problem in the best way possible. ORIGINAL: I’m a very nice person, I care about small business and supporting our community and I understand that people need that paycheck. I feel a need to share my experience here, mostly because I do want this place to just do better. It was generally unprofessional and a little bit scary. Before I went in, I called to asked that my hair stylist would be confident going from long to short. They said yes, and even when my stylist gave me an incredulous look after showing her the hair style I wanted, I trusted that. Her hands literally shook as she began to shop it extremely short (I wanted short, but holy cow she started me off with what can only be described as a hack job). Strangely she only cut one side of my head at a time, and it took her the time it took the next stylist over to cut two people’s just to do mine. I’m really polite and considerate, and
