Loved the workers and environment , but they didn’t tell me how much a dry haircut would be after I mentioned that I’ve never been there. 55$? It was a little outrageous in my opinion. Loved the place, but wish I would’ve known how much the cut was before it was done Service: Haircut

First visit with Billy went fabulous, walked out with a beautiful pixie cut. Second visit four weeks later for trim with Billy was a disaster. I don’t know where the miscommunication of trim not a new style went, but obviously lost in translation. Walked out this time with a HOT mess when I went home to actually look at it. Went back and they attempted to fix his errors, but never was able to recreate his previous style. I will say he was sick that day, maybe next time stay at home. I was really excited thinking I found my new stylist, but unfortunately Billy is a one hit wonder for me that is. Sadly I won’t be returning. Service: Haircut

I came in wanting a hair cut, my appointment was supposed to be at 4 and when I got there I was told to come back in 45 minutes because the stylist (Jessica) said she was running behind, and she claimed she’d service me right after. I come back thinking she’d be ready for me, but turns out she was working on someone else who wasn’t there when I originally came in. She took someone else knowing she had me down for that appointment. I thought nothing of it at the time since she was the only one working, but she didn’t inform me she’d have another client after she completed her first one. I waited for about 15-20 minutes in the salon and she finally ushers me back. I told her I wanted a trim and to touch up my layers, but to leave the utmost top layer alone. Throughout the hair cut she made multiple remarks about how she was tired and ready to go home. I told her I didn’t want to wet my hair but she ended up soaking it in water and when I told her to be gentle while brushing she disregard
