I would not recommend their poor services. Paige colored my hair on a Thursday and it came out 3 colors and she never told me. I was leaving out of town for the weekend. When I got home i noticed it and text her the next day at 7am. No response. I called the salon on Monday and was told the owner would not be in until Wednesday. Called at 10am Wednesday and spoke to the owner and told her my concerns. She replied let me talk to Paige and get back to you. Which in my opinion is poor customer service. Waited until 5pm and still no response so I ended up going into the salon. Spoke to Cheryl the owner and she said she hadn’t had a chance to talk to Paige because she had clients all day. This is a terrible way to handle a customer who’s hair was ruined by one of their employees. Paige comes over and apologizes and explains she has so much going on in her personal life that she turned her cell phone off and no longer has a cell phone. Her personal life has nothing to do with her clients. I
I’ve been going here for 6 years now & I honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else! They stylist are wonderful , salon is clean, & you just feel like your at home!
Madison is awesome and she cares about her customers she has a personality that's out of this world I would recommend her to anyone
