I love this shop so much, I have had the pleasure of having my hair done by Adrian and Michelle and I always leave loving my style. The products they sale, they use and my hair has never looked better using them. Friendly atmesphere, and I love that the still have covid protocols. I would give 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend this place.

I'm taken back by the lack of customer service, I've been a loyal customer for ten years which doesn't mean anything. I was talked over when explaining my situation but told I was being aggressive when I was just trying to get a yes or no question. I'm not an aggressive person, I was trying to get to the point so I could get back to work. I own up to the fact that I missed the cancelation date, but I'm human. The appointment was scheduled months in advance. I had something important come up which is why I need to reschedule.. I got a reminder email 24 hours before my appointment but the cancelation policy says 48 hours. No one called me to remind me like they normally do so I was really hoping they work with me. All I was trying to do was see if they would work with me, I never complained, nor have I ever been rude and always tipped well but that doesn't mean anything. But I literally had to choose between showing up for my daughter and a hair appointment... And they said I was wrong
