I came into the salon last minute asked if they had time for a cut and wash. Then waited an hour. Got my hair washed just to sit for another 1 hour and 45 minutes. And by the time I sat in the chair I couldn’t do it anymore. The guy was very nice and polite he didn’t even charge me for the wash. But I felt disrespected being there for that long. I love this place. Great location. Very classy salon, It deserves more than 5 stars. The owner Ivars is very professional. My hairdresser Nicole is fabulous, she believes in healthy hair care.????
I love my hair and the products Ivar uses. Very nice salon. If you are looking for honesty and good cut, I would indeed recommend Salon Ivars. When I first went I went to Da Barbershop on Prospect (Yes, putting ya'll on full blast!) and they messed up my hair so bad but Mr. Ivar got me good! If you are a dime and like you shuff tight and right holla at Mr. Ivar!
