I went in for a trim and got home to realize it was quite uneven. Had fixed elsewhere. Per your response: Apprentice or not, the cut was bad. You mentioning that I booked with an apprentice in an attempt to shift blame is so unfortunate. I was happy to give a student an opportunity to practice, which is why I booked with her in the first place. Following your own policy would have been the best opportunity for you and your student here. Inferring an opportunity was missed because I didn’t return to the same salon is a reflection of your salon. I asked another dresser to look at my hair and was told it looked fine, which is exactly what prompted me to seek help elsewhere. An unhappy experience just turned to a sour one. Service: Haircut

I’ve been going to The Salon for years and am always amazed with what they are able to do with my hair. Very talented and professional staff that create beautiful transformations every time I visit.
