Got a good cut & the stylist listened to how I wanted my hair styled. I'll be going back and ask for the same young lady.

Took my daughter in for a back to school hair cut. The lady claimed she had lice. She said she could even see it hanging off my head too (confirmed by the doctor to be mild psoriasis). She said 4 other families had come in with it recently. The manager confirmed it was lice and said not to worry “we are from the ghetto too.” Ummm what? So we took the next day off and went to the doctors at children’s mercy East as soon as they opened for medications. The dr did a thorough exam for eggs and lice and confirmed she did not have any lice but only dry scalp in one or two areas. They just recommended good scalp shampoo. Probably the worker saw a few flakes and just decided we had them. Maybe next time be SURE you know what you are talking about before scaring us half to death before the new school year starts up Monday and..save the comments for yourself.

Brought my daughter in for a haircut. They basically told me that they wouldn’t cut her hair because they were closing. They were closing 15 minutes early and basically rejected our business. Very rude not going back there.
