I recently just moved to Kansas City and just tried out Salon De Ja'Ris for the first time. I am absolutely BLOWN AWAY with the Amazing work they do!! I have lived all around the country including LA and have had my hair done by top celebrity stylists. DJ and her team definitely fit right in that category!! The level of quality service they provide is nothing short of amazing. Not only will they slay your hair, they also provide welcoming personalized attention to each client making sure you feel comfortable and get exactly what you're looking for. They are also big on hair care and provide you with nourishing treatments for your hair to make sure it's the healthiest it can be. I am in LOVE with my hair!! DJ hooked me up!!! I recently moved from NJ and was desperately seeking a hair stylist that could manage natural hair. I have had terrible experiences with hair salons throughout the years, so I am very skeptical. From the moment I walked in, DJ was very kind and offered assistance while continuing with a client in her chair. The staff was super accommodating, accepting me as a walk-in appointment (an 1 ½ before closing mind you). I was afraid that it might be a rushed job, but that was not the case at all. They took such good care of me, allowing me to feel comfortable and ensuring that my hair was done properly (I got a press and trim). DJ is super nice, very knowledgeable, listens to understand your hair needs and/or concerns, and her prices are affordable. I think I found my hair home away from home . I will definitely be returning for further hair care. DJ, Patty, and Cynthia – thank you so much for everything!

Got a luxury blow out & silk press & then DJ did my hair for my wedding on June 1st. I can't even explain how happy I was with the entire experience. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a hug & everyone who worked there that I talked to was super nice as well as professional. To top all that off they SLAYED my silk press & DJ (the owner) most definitely SLAYED my wedding hairdo & she was awesome to talk to!! She gave me a bunch of advice on how to keep my hair healthy.???? It was definitely the best hair salon experience I've ever had! Will definitely be back!
