They have exceptional customer service! My nails look great! The top coat ended up a little bubbly one one of the nails so he went and fixed not one but ALL of the nails. They are flawless. While I was getting them done it started POURING rain. Couldn't see 10 feet in front of you. So they walked me to my car with an umbrella! I will definitely be back here!
I give 1 star because the worker at least turned me away with a smile. I came as a walk in looking to get my nails done. Booked up she said. I asked for her next available appointment, she responded with more than two weeks you go somewhere else.
I didn't have an awful experience, but there was a really long wait time even after I had called in and made an appointment for two people. We were sat for around 30 minutes before a guy came and started working on my nails and then another 30 before someone came to work on my friends nails, so I had to sit for a while until my friend was done. Nails were nice. Didn't last too long but to be fair I was doing a lot of swimming and soaking a week after getting them done.
