Great atmosphere and always friendly staff, but hard to get someone to answer the phone to make an appointment. They also do their eyebrow waxing at the shampoo bowls which is weird.

Taking my business elsewhere. Because I missed a consult, my entire appointment was cancelled which was scheduled out weeks. Instead of getting any courtesy call or notice, I was fully cancelled. A new consult could have been made prior to canceling a whole session.. Super disappointed. I don’t leave negative reviews for nothing.. actually I rarely leave a negative review anywhere .. id much rather sing praise of those who go the extra mile … Cancelling on me was lazy & inconsiderate to me as a customer when they could have reached out to attempt to reschedule a consult which takes 5 minutes . . I was a repeat customer until now.-----& there were not multiple missed consults as their unaccountable response indicated. I missed the only one I had made.
