Kylie is the best, she does amazing color and takes time to listen to what I want, and then explains what will/won’t work for my hair. I love that Kim and the owners are very active in the community and give back in various ways.

My experience at Indulge today was absolutely wonderful, Kim and Chris helped my through a very difficult journey with alopecia, they ordered and styled beautiful wigs for me, as well as helping with products and wonderful advice. So incredibly disappointed with the complete lack of professionalism and service that we experienced. We had scheduled a massage 3 weeks in advance for my wife’s birthday. We received an appointment confirmation the day before confirming our appointment. The morning of the appointment we received a call letting us know that our appointment was cancelled. The person who called was very matter of fact, offered no apology for the inconvenience and also made no effort to offer additional times that we could move our appointment to. Again, just an overall very disappointing experience. While we definitely understand staffing shortages and scheduling conflicts due to personal reasons, the staff at Indulge handled this situation with a complete lack of professionalism or class.
