I saw Lisa. I booked an appointment online two days before seeing her. It was very easy and was able to see what time she was available. When I saw her, I told her what I wanted. She delivered everything on point. I got a cut and color. She even asked if it was okay to go shorter than I asked for because to get rid of my spilt ends. I highly respect that. The color came out the same as my natural hair color. She made me feel comfortable. So friendly.

Lisa is amazing! I got my hair dyed red about a month ago and get so many compliments. She is meticulous in her craft I will definitely be back!

The review might be a bit lengthy but please take time to read this. I will write every detail of what happened to me. I was at this salon couple of weeks back for my hair straightening. My appointment was at 11 am. I was 5-6 minutes late as I live a little far from the salon. When I made my appointment, I was told the price would be $275 plus $60 for each additional hour. The hairstylist started to cut my hair and then began with the treatment. She was kind of mad at me as my hair was very wavy but that's why I went for the straightening. She was also arguing with me that I'd colored my hair which I already told her over the phone while making the appointment that I colored 5 months back. If she would've suggested it, I would not straighten my hair, I wouldn't force her to do it. Then after she applied the straightening cream, she said she would need to use a more stronger formula as my hair looked really curly to her. Then she applied a stronger formula.
