I checked in online was waiting in store for 25 minutes while others after me were being helped. I was at the top of the list but only one staff member were checking people in store as they walked in and they never checked me in store. When I brought this up after being passed over twice I was told it would only be about 5 more minutes. Aweful Aweful customer service.
The worst haircut I've ever had. The stylist was polite so I was polite to her. She was just terrible at cutting hair. This is the fist time I've needed to have to find a different barbershop to fix a previous cut
I've gotten my hair cut at this location for years. I've never been disappointed .. I may not have the same stylist every visit, but they've all been great. Service: Haircut
