I never give bad reviews but this was a really bad experience. At the start of the pedicure I pointed out where part of my toenail had torn off below the quick, but she filed it hard and when putting on polish, dug into it with her mail anyway. While filing calluses, which I don’t have much of to start with, she was so busy talking to her colleague, she was overly aggressive with the file, I had to pull away from the pain. Now the bottom of my foot is raw. Then I asked for a manicure with no polish. Not sure how you can do this badly, but now my nails are noticeably uneven in length, unbuffed, and ragged; they keep catching on my dress. Absolutely NOT worth the money, time or energy to even drive there. And I can’t ask for a refund or redo. So I have to go home at the end of the day and do my mails myself, which defeated the purpose and cost me me going there. Seriously disappointed. Services: Pedicure, Manicure
