Le at Fantastic Sam's in Plymouth is awesome! She is very kind and professional and did a FANTASTIC job on my hair. I will continue to come back to see her on a regular basis. I think this was the most uncomfortable, lackluster, terrifying experience ive ever had for getting a haircut. Booked an appointment 3 days in advance, when I got there they couldn't find my appointment and then she says it just popped up, our systems our slow when you book same day. Tried telling her I didn't book it this morning, she just rushed me to a chair, and started cutting before she even asked what I wanted. Her coworker comes over and says that the lady took her client (me) and that I was booked under her. The lady that is cutting my hair just told her to grab the next customer and they continue to bicker and this lady is rushing through my trim. During that moment I wanted to get up and walk out. She got gone with my trim within 5 minutes.. she did a great job cutting air cuz there was no difference in my hair.. Honestly paid $30 for her to cut nothing or do anything with my hair. I honestly want my money back for her playing pretend hairdresser. This was the most unprofess
