Followed my hair stylist from Pura Salon not to be far away and I'm glad I did. Its nice how the owners decided to organize this salon. And each salon space can have its own personal feel which I really enjoy.

Several weeks ago I went to Hair by Angie - and I really regret having gone to her. After I explained what I wanted done, she said, “I don’t really think that looks good when people do it” and did something completely different. I also asked for a cool shade of blonde, but she said that she didn’t want the extra step of rinsing the highlights to give them the cool tone, so the color is off too. At the time I figured I would go with it and trust her expertise given her line of work, but I’ve spent the last 5-6 weeks hating my hair - and we all know a cut and full foils isn’t cheap!! Lesson learned - the next time I get my hair done (by someone else), I will stick to my guns and leave if the stylist doesn’t respect my preferences.
