Simonson's Salon & Spa

I came in for my appointment and the stylist that they assigned to me doesn't seem to know what she should do. I showed her the color I wanted (chocolate brown), took a picture of the photo I showed, and went to ask other stylists. She came back and told me she could do a balayage and she could probably achieve the color that I want. I told her I wanted to do an all-over hair color yet she is not confident she can give me that because she needed more than two hours to do it. I have been to Simonson a couple of times, did a light brown color, and was able to get what I asked for. She is not confident about the reasons she was telling me so I end up going home and didn't get my hair done. I wasted my saturday coming into a lacking stylist! I was expecting a knowledgeable stylist. I don't recommend Samantha.

Did not want to give star. I paid over 250$ for a full head of highlights but she "only has time to do half". So she only did half my hair. I do not recommend.

Was looking forward for both my husband and myself to a treat by booking body massages. Booked on the phone both of us at the same time for an 85 minute relaxation massage that states From $120* the * at the bottom says plus tax. Was NOT told that it would be 2 different prices. I ended up paying $155 for husband and $30 more for my massage without any advance warning or notice. I will not be back unfortunately as I felt this was not a good business practice and as a business owner I have some say. When I called in to discuss, I was met with a dismissive attitude. Sorry Simonsons.
