It was really easy to contact Joua about her prices and availability with fast responses from her. I was very satisfied with my haircut. She was very welcoming and kept me engage in conversation throughout my appointment. I will be looking forward to going back for future haircuts. Service: Haircut

I found Joua through a recommendation from an acquaintance on social media. During this time, I had recently had my hair dyed a light pink by another hairstylist, but it was not the best job done. I reached out to Joua via email to correct for my pink hair. Joua was very responsive and polite. She also made sure she understood what I was looking for. She had me send pictures prior and made it clear that it would take longer than the average booking. Little did I know it literally took us almost 8 hours to complete (this was inclusive of a haircut/trim). She was very thorough with what I should expect to happen during the appointment. She made it clear if she went over my already-very-bleached hair that there was a chance for breakage, and so forth. Ultimately, she left the decision up to me which I highly respect her for.
