Its probably not to bad place unless you get Lupe she doesn't have her mind or heart into her job doesn't pay attention to detail don't know what was on her mind that day but wasn't my hair seemed like she was somewhere else not sure if she really enjoys what she does for a living she should be into it, but didn't see much inthusiasm for pleasing her customers so sad ???? considering I paid 160.00 for a root touch up that she missed parts of gray all along the sides and she seen it and never said a thing could have made it right even if she deducted 20.00 to 40.00 of the price but didn't cause

Can't say enough great things about this salon! They are always warm and welcoming right when you walk in. Love the decor. They have a great selection of products that are hard to find and high quality. I've been there a few times now and go to Laura. She is so experienced and listens to what I like and don't like and everything I leave more than happy with the end result. She is definitely one of those hard to find stylists, that once you find someone as good as her, you will never have to worry about hoping your hair turns out. I took my little sister here a few weeks ago for a haircut and am not impressed to say the least. I waited in the car for her as she went in and when she came out her hair was still dripping wet. She told me that her stylist said that she couldn’t finish blow drying her hair because her next client was waiting so she only blow dried front pieces and sent my sister on her way. I was immediately upset because being a generous teenager she is and not understanding that her stylist didn’t finish her service, she still provided her stylist a great tip. I was going to go in and say something however my sister did not want me to. I’m upset that my sister was sent off with WET hair. The stylist’s justification for not being able to finish blow drying was because my sister “had too much hair”. This is so unprofessional and not how you treat/retain new clients.
