Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I have seen Brittani a Master Stylist for years. I love everything about her. She listens intently and always reiterates what I tell her, to make sure she understands what I'm asking for. She is very upbeat and positive and SO professional in her demeanor and interactions with clients. Excellent service and far better than the high end salon I went to for years!

I went in yesterday for a cut and just needed a trim along with front layers cleaned up. It was first cut uneven, so I asked to even up the sides in front. I now have choppy layers that look awful and wasn't able to tell how bad they were until styling my hair this morning since she left my hair slightly wet. Haven't been to a Fantastic Sam's in years, but decided to give them one more try after having a bad experience in the past and it was just for a trim. Lesson learned the hard way!!
