Injector R.N. Nicole W. at the Life Spa Lakeville is excellent. I highly recommend her services! Every time I see Nicole I feel refreshed and youthful! The facility is clean and inviting. 5 STARS!
I was greeted by a lovely receptionist Stacy who checked me in and then I had a full foil with Meghan who did an amazing job on my hair for the second time. I was not impressed checking out with Kelly who was cold and snippy when I inquired about the $16 surcharge for an extra bowl of product. I had the exact same service to my hair as before a couple of months ago (exact same colors and quantity) and no one mentioned the up charge which meant I could only afford to leave a small tip. Kelly was not patient or able to explain why I didn’t know in advance about the extra charge and brushed me off with a “Have a good day” which in my mind meant “sorry you don’t like our price policies but just leave”!
