Long time customer show up 10 minutes prior to closing with zero wait listed and they wouldn’t get me in for a haircut. Sadly now I’ll try somewhere else. Should always want to take care of long time customers as a business.

My hair texture is different and understanding that I called 2 hour before coming in to make sure there was someone available to handle my type of hair and they assured me that there was. When I arrived and checked in , I asked the question again and was assured that there was. Was told it was a 30 minute wait. When it got to my turn, my stylist told she was not comfortable doing my hair if I didn't mind waiting. I was ok with that. However Noone admitted to being able to cut my hair. I felt so embarrassed. This is what I tried to avoid. I was left sitting there with every stylist claiming they couldn't cut my hair asking who I spoke to. General could not care less attitudes. It was an unfortunate circumstance, also completely disrespectful.

This is just what we were looking for - a semi-casual restaurant for Mexican food with large margaritas and chips & salsa to start. The restaurant is HUGE with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors and they take reservations for parties of all sizes.
