Fanci Nails

This was my first time coming here with my friend ! I haven’t had my nails done in a long time since covid . I had press on nails on that I needed taken off and a nail tech with tattoos on his arms was doing my nails/ he huffed and puffed the whole time - wore earbuds in . Never asked me what shape I wanted or if I liked my nails . When I asked him to do a certain design he said it would take too long and made me feel dumb for even asking . So I chose a plain color . THE WHOLE TIME HE WAS SO ROUGH WITH MY HANDS . he was squeezing my fingers and turning my hands in a way that kind of hurt . And a couple times he threw my hand down and asked me to relax . The whole time there was no communication - horrible customer service . After he put my acrylics on he asked me to wash my hands and walked away - I had no idea where the sinks were …..my nails were were not worth $71 for what I experience and for the amount of cuticle and skin he left around my nails . I will never come back here again

I have come here many times over the past couple of years and I have never had a bad experience until this week. The guy tech sat me down and immediately started commenting about how poorly shaped my nails were. He then tried to tell me multiple times that I need to get acrylic instead of dip, when I said no, he got mad. Started moving quickly and was rough on my nails. He kept telling me I needed to relax my hand, pushing down on my hand and even pushed down on my shoulder. Never have I been so uncomfortable getting my nails done in the past 15 years. I also had asked for a French ombre, and all he did was the pink. By that point I didn’t even bother saying anything because I just wanted to leave. I would love to come back here, but only to see one of the two ladies in the front.

I have been coming here for about a year now for pedicures and have always loved them. I was in a about a week ago and got a pedicure and acrylics for the the first time and my experience was horrible. The pedicure was great as usual but I don’t think I’ll be back due to how terrible my experience was with the guy who did my nails. He was extremely rude and made a comment about my color choice being bad. Then he continued twisting pulling and bending my fingers and arms very aggressively then threw his tools down and yelled at me relax because he can’t do his job. This went on the entire time. My fingers were cracking and he was bending them for no reason just to throw a fit about me not being “relaxed”. He continued to yell at me and I didn’t even know how to relax more than I was due to the circumstance of him bending my arms and fingers in unnatural positions.
