Every one was super helpful and the cashier Ursula was so friendly and outgoing. She informed me of my offer to open an Ulta credit card and how much I would save and how to gain more Ulta points. Unfortunately, I could not today, but I appreciated her taking the time to tell me all the information. She was a very nice employee and you can tell she enjoys her job very much!
Such great staff!! They helped me find my perfect shade and recommend great products!! Specially Ursula( I think that’s how your say your name?)- she went out of her way to be helpful and made the experience of so stress less.
Very rarely am I greeted by an employee when I enter this store. I've shopped a couple times for fragrances, but I've since taken my business elsewhere for better customer service. Their store is usually busy, so they must have something good going for them
