Nail Trix MOA

Honestly, wish there was a option for zero stars. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever had in a nail salon. All I asked was to get my dip powders taken off. And they sat me down didn’t give me a wait time, and I sat there for a half an hour while my nails were soaking. One of the women got done with her client, and proceeded to run around the store, dputting nail polish away instead of sitting down to take care of me. They were also extremely rude to another customer that had come in and then told her they were too busy and to go somewhere else….after she had already signed in and was waiting. I was upset they were so rude to another customer and clearly the didn’t care about me either..I wasn’t going to support a business like that so I dried my hands and got up and left. Awful

Extremely extremely rude, I left there completely shocked with how I was treated. I walked in and made an appointment… at least I thought I did, she yelled at me through the nail salon and told me when I could make an appointment so there definitely could have been a misunderstanding between us… but I said yes I wanted the appointment. walked around the mall, came back at the time of my appointment and immediately before I could say a single word she told me to LEAVE and find another salon to go to since I didn’t want my appointment…??? Even if it was just a misunderstanding between us, her response was completely unprofessional and rude.

Avoid. I was there today for a gel manicure and I have bubbles everywhere in my polish, along with a HAIR gelled into one of the nails. Also made me bleed multiple times. Dirty salon. Going to another place to have it all removed ASAP.
