Salon Tress

I am new to this salon and got my hair done with the owner, Stacie. She did a beautiful job on my color and cut and I am VERY picky about my hair! She is talented at what she does and more importantly is very sweet and accommodating. I would highly recommend this salon.

When my friend got married like two months ago she reserved this place for us to get our hair done. It was great since the moment we walked in they had our names and had everything ready to go as well as appetizers for us to enjoy. All the ladies that worked with us were very nice. If my wedding were not have an destination wedding I will totally go here for it. Thank you to the owner and everyone who worked with us!

Last time I got my hair done I requested low lights and highlights and the color bleed together and I walked out of the salon grey trying not to cry until I got into my car, and had to wait a week or two (can’t remember) before I could get back in and I was mortified I had to go to work like that. Once the salons opened I couldn’t get an appointment in June. I understood they were over booked and everyone wanted in but even willing to wait no appointment date was offered. Fast forward to this past month. I made an appointment nearly 4 weeks in advanced. I confirmed my appointment via text several times and then got cancelled on the day before. I was told only the afternoon clients were getting cancelled on, and I wanted to see if I could move my appointment up to the morning. The receptionist said she would see if it’s possible and call me back. Hours went by and I never got a call back. When I called I was told the receptionist went home for the day. The person I was speaking with tol
