It can be tough to find someone who understands Asian hair texture and styles that work for it. I happened on an ad at an Asian grocery, and now have had 3 cuts with Miss Noel. Her cozy, private salon is a nice departure from a bustling salon, and is always immaculate (don’t know how she does it, she’s always booked). I appreciate her careful, patient consults, I’ve learned that bringing photos really helps. She’s a talented, lovely artist, I am so glad to have found my way to her salon.
